Rear Wheel Alignment

Picture taken from Total Fuel Station.
Not everyone is aware that rear wheels need to be aligned, just as the front wheels are done. Not everyone that knows the rear wheels are meant to be aligned, knows the importance. Hence, a lot of people only align their Peugeot cars front wheels.

That your tyres currently look good does not mean
your rear wheels do not need alignment. That you have not done any work on the bottom rear of your Lion does not mean the rear wheel alignment should not be checked. That you have done front wheel alignment does not mean the rear wheel is taken care of. That you have replaced your badly worn out tyres caused by mis-alignment of wheels, does not mean it won't happen again, since the cause is not fixed. It always come down to awareness.

When your Peugeot wheels are out of alignment, the tyres will unevenly rapidly wear out, no matter how new or old the tyres are. Also, stability of the Lion while in motion is not guaranteed.

How often you drive on roads with potholes will determine how often you check the entire wheels alignment, not just the front wheels. Those potholes, especially on high-speed, knock off  the wheels alignment, gradually. Also, whenever you replace the stabilizer or anti-roll bar linkages, check the  wheel alignment after the work. or when you do any major work on any of the wheels, even if its just to replace the shock absorbers, take it for wheel alignment.

I recommend electronic wheel alignment. Total Fuel Stations have Laser machines that  check and give accurate result, and also easy to understand. If you have or know of others that can do it well, use them. What is important is to have it well checked and adjusted, if needed, unless you wouldn't mind replacing your tyres every now and then and put your life at risk on highway or high-speed.
