In 2014, PSA Peugeot Citroën again made a positive contribution to France trade  balance, with  a €5.226 billion surplus and
a net export volume of 324,000 vehicles, up 4.3%.

In 2015, same PSA Peugeot Citroën produced more than 995,000  vehicles in France, a 2.5% rise in 2014 and equivalent to 33% of global production. And it puts it a year ahead of schedule on fulfilling the commitment in the New Social Contract to manufacture 1 million vehicles in France in 2016.
